Our membership year runs from July 1 – June 30 of the following applicable year. If you are a new member and join mid-year, you will receive the publications that were already distributed for the current membership year. If you join after March 1st, your membership will begin immediately and will extend to June of the following applicable year.
Renewing members keeping their membership current by renewing before expiration will continue to receive all publications as distributed and will receive uninterrupted services.
If you’re renewing an expired membership later in the year, late renewals will receive all publications distributed after their renewal date and may request back-issues (if available) be mailed by paying the actual mailing costs.

When will I receive my first publications?
Publications are printed, mailed, and posted online according to the following schedule:
- Gazette: September, December, March, and June
- Membership Directory: September
If you are a new member joining in the middle of a membership year, allow 3 weeks from the date of activation for receipt of any back publications.
If you purchased a Paperless Membership, you will not receive any printed mailings, but you will have full access to all of our online resources, including the NFLCC Bookshelf, containing all past issues of the Gazette and Magazine.
Current members are invited to all of our sanctioned shows. A registration fee is required for all attendees. Additional fees apply if you want to reserve a table on the showroom floor to display your collection. Immediate family members (spouse, children) may attend for free as your guest.
