Miscellaneous Bass-Oreno Style Lure.

I've been trying to identify this lure for quite some time. Perhaps we'll have some luck identifying it here?

It is made of wood with glass eyes,  3 3/4" length. And it has a metal channel along the belly for a slide-in hook hanger arrangement.
