I came across this old piece in my grandfather's shed. It has some flatfish features but I can't make sense of the feather or nose shape. Any input would be great. Thanks all!

Chris, I appreciate the help! I can't seem to find a whole lot about Plantico online. Any clue on the time frame these were made, or any other info? Thanks again!
