I will continue to take orders for tables (confirmed with payment) until we are filled. We are getting close. If we fill up and I receive a check after we max out on tables, I will notify you of that. If you are still coming, I will deposit your check, and refund you, less the registration fee due, for tables paid for. Show Special $110(registration, two tables, t-shirt, etc.) requests will be given preference. Table layout in the Convention Center has now been finalized with the Center. Table assignments will be provided at event registration.
All registrations should be mailed before the 7th of July. For those that send in after that, confirmation will be made at the show. If I have not received your payment from you prior to beginning of show (I am coming in Sunday from 2 hours away and I will not have mail available received that week of the show), you are not registered, and registration will be $40 at the show. We have given six months for advance registration. PRE REGISTER to avoid hassle.
This is in addition to your club renewal payment that must be verified at registration as well. If you haven't renewed yet, I recommend doing that before last week in June, in order to be on the list I obtain from our Secretary (first week in July). that list I receive will be considered final and used at registration and prior to confirm all is good.
All registered members and only their registered guests (as per our guidelines and registration form) will receive badges, which are required to be displayed for room trading and attendance/participation during show and events held.
